1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Boost UP Pakistan website, registering as a volunteer, participating in our programs, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Boost UP Pakistan.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our website and services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, volunteers, and other persons who access or use our platform. By using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To register as a volunteer or access certain features of our platform, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

3. Volunteer Registration and Obligations

By registering as a volunteer with Boost UP Pakistan, you agree to the following terms and obligations:

  • Provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself during the registration process and update it promptly when changes occur
  • Participate in volunteer activities, training sessions, and programs in a responsible, professional, and respectful manner
  • Comply with all organizational policies, guidelines, codes of conduct, and instructions provided by program coordinators
  • Not engage in any activity that may harm the reputation, interests, or operations of Boost UP Pakistan
  • Respect the confidentiality of any sensitive information you may encounter during your volunteer work
  • Attend mandatory training sessions and orientation programs as required for specific roles
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with program coordinators and fellow volunteers

Failure to meet these obligations may result in suspension or termination of your volunteer status at the discretion of the organization.

4. Code of Conduct

All users, volunteers, and participants of Boost UP Pakistan programs are expected to adhere to the following code of conduct:

  • Treat all individuals including staff, volunteers, beneficiaries, and partners with dignity, respect, and courtesy regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, or socioeconomic background
  • Refrain from any form of discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, or offensive behavior
  • Not share confidential or proprietary information about the organization, its beneficiaries, or its operations without prior authorization
  • Not use the platform or organizational resources for any unlawful, unethical, or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to disrupt, damage, or compromise the website's functionality, security, or integrity
  • Not impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any organization
  • Comply with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws and regulations

Violation of this code of conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from our programs and platform.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, and resources available on this website including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, page layout, and code are the exclusive intellectual property of Boost UP Pakistan unless otherwise explicitly stated.

You may view, download, and print content from our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You are expressly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, modifying, transmitting, re-publishing, creating derivative works from, or otherwise exploiting any content without prior written consent from Boost UP Pakistan.
